More Harry Magazine Shooting in Alberta
After the sophistication of Calgary and a rainy day spent at a ranch outside of town, we spent the last part of the Harry Magazine shoot at Lake Louise in Banff National Park.
We spent one morning at Moraine Lake – a beautiful blue/green glacial lake with purple rocks (not sure what it was called, but a geologist would!). It was so incredibly beautiful, we didn’t even need any models! Alhough our models were a hit with all the tourists that day!

Back to the stunning views from the Fairmont Hotel where we stayed. We fell in love with Sonny the dog. Originally trained as a seeing eye dog, Sonny had a 'career' change. Today he greets guests at the Fairmont Hotel at Lake Louise and is available for walks. Did you know that the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind provide over 625 guide dogs over the course of the year (for free to people who qualify) but it costs $35,000 to train just one. Good dog Sonny, good dog!
